Re: HOW HARD CAN IT BE? Wetsuit pee-zipper??

Bare made them years ago, and it was very functional, although honestly it was little help if you had shorts on. Two layers to get through was a giant pain- literally, now it would be three with the shorts I wear over the suit......time to just go with it.......or in it.

Re: Jupiter to ft Lauderdale- climbing Everest

@ Shredder: You will not be disappointed!!! I am still pumped up. To me, it wasn't really a race but a personal quest. I always am comptetitive, but really it was about me "just doing it". Will I try harder next year? Sure. Will I train, stop partying, drinking, get really fit and change? NO Is free...

Just an update REAL race facts( sorry for mis info): 62 entered 48 finished winning time 2hours 17 minutes results officially posted and some thoughts: Whoever the guy with the prostetic leg is, you are the MAN. Re: Jupiter to ft Lauderdale- climbing Everest

Thanks Toby 60 miles is a LONG way. I was just really glad it wasn't 62! Neil, Jeremy( Jupiter kitboarding) and all the sponsors and support staff deserve credit for setting up a great event. It sometimes seems these people dont get the recognition they deserve. It takes a lot to put on an event, an...

Jupiter to ft Lauderdale- climbing Everest

Did the race yeterday and am still feeling the rush (and aches) Thanks so much to Neil Hutchinson for his vision. He held to his convictions, and waited out until the conditions were peak. We all reaped the reward of his patience and was it epic! Winds proved nearly perfect for the couse and blowing...

Directionals- production vs custom- SAY WHAT?????

After reading and posting about the new Rocket fish 5'-10", I read a particularly ineteresting comment from Toast SYN: After reading the lastest KiteWorld review of boards I can't believe what some people like in surfstyle boards. Its one reason why I would suggest a rocketfish to anyone looking at ...

I think the last comment is a whole other topic, and a good one the 5 10? Hopefully I can get out today First impressions are funny sometimes its hard to tell if its really the equipment or the operator is just pumped up on "-the new gear high-" I've had both experiences To be honest, I have pretty ...

We'll see. I just picked one up today. I'll let you know I can say the 5.0 has served me well. The paint didn't last but otherwise it has been really a great board for me after 2 solid years of being my "only" board from 15 to 40 it still is solid, no holes, no cracks I can see I am not gentle with ...
