Re: Front stall/collapse in high wind. Most likely culprit?

I have been through frontal collapse in strong winds on Sonic 2 and recently Sonic 3 in 9m Both fixed. The key to rectyfy frontal collapse is shortened B, make it shorter by about 2 cm using long mixer test. A/C/Z even. My one year old kite needed 2 cm extensions for Z to be even with A and C on lon...

Re: flysurfer speed 5's, 9metre 15metre depower rope lengths

50cm for trow ( bar travel) and 20 cm for trim ( so called depower) is original Flysurfer Cam cleat bar.
I made my own chicken loop and trim adjustments with 55 and 31 cm for cam cleat bar.
Flysurfer race bar 55 cm and 31 cm.

Re: bar and line length for 12m soul and leaving bar on kite

As long as your bar flags out kite on single line- it is fine. My RRD released to safety on two front lines. Not good for foil kite. Regarding line length. - I much preferred to use longer lines learning ( 21+3 or +6). I found out longer power stroke was worth it to avoid struggle starting in low wi...

Re: Foil Kite folding in half when going upwind!?

I am with kitexpert on fix Had the same problem with FS Speed 12. Kite has not been used off close to one year, bridle shrank. Stretch A or shortened B only. Then fly kite for few sessions, kite should be stable right away and no more frontal colapse. Then try to rectify mixer again after few strong...

No race products by Flysurfer, neither kites nor bars had any warranty in the past but good-will.
I am Ok with it.

Re: flying characteristics of a F one Diablo V2

How old is the kite? Sound like some kite trimming in order. Run mixer test, short or long to be on safe side with correct set up. It kite flies otherwise well, no back stall, no frontal collapse, power seems to be on pair with with the wind....I would adjust 4 or 5 bridal attachments to the kite fo...

Re: Psycho2 convert to FLS

Saw into flying line loop, it is easier then sounds. Find a piece of bridal line, run ends of it into flying line at proper location, saw it in. I had it done on my Sonic FR 15 year ago.

85% to 90% for BOTH hamstrings and Quad muscle strength regained comparing to the opposite led is the sincere advice. There is more then range of motion and strength involved in recovery. These are only starting points. Prioprioception and plyomotorics are to finish with.
