All spots can potentially work in march as this is still the cyclonic season here. Le morne has aproximately the same probability of 30-35 % to have kitetable winds. This based on over 50 years of presence here on the island ; )

I've seen them around, but not sure where they can be purchased. A lot of china crap floating around here too, so I would recommend to bring as these are not really heavy.

Downwinders from la galette to le morne are possible, but this only in west and northwest winds, which will make the spot of le morne uninteresting to go anyway.
