Going back to the subject of the thread - I have flown Airush my whole 4 years of kiting and the bridals just don't seem to grab the wing tips like some other brands. I have never had a bridal wrap once and I fly and launch in the Columbia Gorge with gusty, holey wind and launches.

There is definitely a learning curve with GoPro and probably other systems. You just need to start getting lots of footage, seeing what works and what doesn't and experiment with different mounting set ups. The best thing is to get the best footage you can from the start. From reading the previous threads on getting kiting in the summer Olympics - it sounded like a lot of kiters were not that excited about kiting getting in. What about snow kiting for the winter Olympics? I think it would be cool. What do others think?

I have been flying my 6, 9 and 12 meter lithiums for a couple of years. My 9 flies pretty much like my 6 - just a tad slower on the turns. I really like my Lithiums. If you like your 6 - you will like an 8 Lithium. Plus - you can use the same bar that you use for your 6!
