closed cell foils have close to the same depower as LEI, open cell foils , not. Arcs have a huge top end, but lack in low end

10LEI = 10 foil = 12Arc more or less.
some foil will develops more power ( bow- high ratio) than a LEI, others less just like delta vs bow vs C-shape.
