Re: Bicep tendonitis - good excercises to do, please?

Massage 3x a day 5-10 minute, use whatever targets the area, rollers, fingers, door nob. 5-10 mins not just a rub. Stay away from NSIADs they prolong healing. Prolotherapy. Stretch if it hurts your doing it right.

Re: Why do schools keep using the seat harness in lessons but most people use waist?

Regardless of hook position, the harness itself, and it's contact with the body, dictates where the power is transferred to the rider. Depends on the seat harness, mine is form fitting to back, but does not ride up due to leg straps, which is nice when looping. When pulling a deadman Abs work hard ...

Re: Why do schools keep using the seat harness in lessons but most people use waist?

Simply seat harness does not have to be fitted, waist harnesses do, so for lessens that is why they are used. Most kite seat harnesses the hook is high in the same position as a waist.

Re: How to self launch a kite

Big sandy beach that would be nice, but for launching in not nice areas, drift launching much safer, as long as there is no big waves and water is not deep. Best way to drift launch is to hook in, take your kite into the water, HERES the kicker for a safer drift launch put the kite behind you head o...

Re: Trainer/Beginner kite advice

My family owns a cabin up in the Mountains of norway, were its superb conditions for Snowkiting. If you were where it was flat any 4m would be safe to pull a skier around with a little practice. Pansh has 4m non depower kites for 100E, you would have to set it up 3 line with a bar. I would go bigge...

Re: Who ride with sunglasses, and where?

Hate splash, and I look good in them, UV protection a plus. Stupid people wear their expensive sunglasses, I buy cheap and tie them to the wetsuit pull, or clip them to my rash guard. Lose a pair or 2 a year.
