Re: Broken femur- what to expect next?

Thanks for your replies. The surgeon told me the same recovery period (4-6 months until complete recovery). I feel like jumping onto one of my boards already (ok I will go to my home cableski park first and spin a few 360's off the kickers and sliders). I have the same long rod inside the femur (ove...

I believe my left food came out of the strap but can't tell for sure since I have a bit of memory loss. I'm out of hospital now. Accordin...

Re: Cabrinha owners (and others to) check your line lengths

Cab front lines stretch 2 to 3 inches more than the back in the first 2 or 3 sessions out and 5 to 6 inches over the first season. This spring I've advised at least half a dozen people to check their lines after watching their kites back stall with the bar pulled in. In all cases the front lines we...

Flights between Isla de Margarita to Puerto Plata (Cabarete?

I'm goind back to El Yaque instead for 9 days before heading off to Cabarete for a month (end of January). When I was in Venezuela a few months ago Aeropostal's planes were...

Re: cabarete info please

Hi, I'm planning to come to Cabarete end of January 2009 for a few weeks. I like flat and shallow water (waves suck- sorry). Where would be a good and uncrowded beach in Cabarete and a good value hotel in front of this spot? The apartment should be clean, have a toilet/hot shower and Internet access...
