I almost don't believe anyone who says they don't pee in their wetsuit... 
WHY WOULDN'T YOU???
It's perfectly sterile, the Hawaiians have been peeing on coral cuts for years. Sure beats scratching them out w/ vinegar and a toothbrush. I know!
If you guys are seriously worried about the smell, don't you know you should be cleaning your wetsuit of your body oils fairly often with dishsoap anyway???
