This is what I posted to earlier to Naish Shop in Hawaii, but I don't think they will fwd the message to the manufacturer.
Can anyone help here with an advice, eventually how to contact Nasih manufacturer? Thanks/jet

Hello,
I just bought a Boxer SLE 2007. The problem is I bought it in France and I am living in Belgium... no Naish vendor in Brussels/Belgium wanted to help me.
The kite is brand new, yesterday I wanted to try it for the first time - but... the rear lines are way too long - we could not launch it (5 different guys tried). 16knt wind, in the 2:1 setup.
Then:
- I took the lines off, the front and the back (20m), and they are equal.
- I measured the line extensions at the bar/pullies (the ones that allow 2:1 or 1:1 setup). They are about 1m60 or 64inches long.
Given the lines front/rear are equal, the problem is either with the extension cords or with the briddle. Would you mind confirm if the extension cords seem of a correct length and how/where to get the right size briddle for a boxer '07.
I am not sure if I will have any luck at all by contacting you, I did not find any contact page for naishkite.com - would you mind to forward this message to them.
Being biten now by this problem, I would love to see a worldwide waranty program for Naish products, the same way Dell or HP or IBM offer - no matter where the product is bought. Especially with kitesurfing, people travel - you can't expect them to return for a replacement under warranty, at the place where they bought the product.
Many thanks for any help.
