Vari Kites News:

Vari Kites is proud to announce that the Condor One kite is already available to everyone!

Martin and the rest of the Vari Team spent endless sessions testing and riding the Condor One to produce the ultimate Kite. The Condor One is a 4 line hybrid kite that has a feather-feel control bar.

The simple and clean bridle system redefines the standards of power range, stability of turning, and direct bar/kite feel. It is made with the best materials on the market providing a very tough kite that will last.

At Vari Kites we focused on creating a one of a kind kite that will adapt to your style. No matter if you like mega jumps, riding waves, kite loops or busting power moves the Condor One will respond to your demands. Once you tried the Condor One you will realize it is a one way trip!!

For more information check us at www.varikites.com and if you would like to demo the Condor One write us at relations@varikites.com

i flew them a few times in kailua, martin and jeff have been here the last week.
the kite has good pull, kinda grunty. turning seems a little slow for the size (i flew a 9). i think it was on longer lines though.
bridle is short, with direct rear attachment. the chicken loop and release are good (push away). right out of the bag its a bit oversheeted, and a like any SLE it's pretty floppy when you sheet out all the way, but when tuned right it is quite stable. the safety goes to both front lines, there was no single line flag out.
suitable for anyone looking to get out and ride, its not going to blow your mind with awesomeness

We tested kites within 1.5 months in Vietnam. The size was 12 and 9. Vietnam is the best test base for kite. A gusty wind a beaten wave the burning sun flying sand. kite it is made of very qualitative materials very much rigid dome a dome very stable good speed of turn. The general impression from kite remains positive. Forgive for bad english it is machine translation. Here some photo from tests.

thanks for making a push away quick release and the left side of the bar red...this is an important step towards the goal of having the same quick release type and bar colors on all bars sold worldwide to make the sport safer.

Tried the 9m.

Pros:
-upwind ability
-easy and comfortable
-stable
-soft on the bar

Cons:
-slow turning
-indirect feel.

A very friendly kite but not for my style (waveriding down the line), a little slow turning and indirect.

Why is only Vari featured in the vid? I mean Tobias certainly had his share of nice riding..anyhoo, the kites looks well built. Have not tried them yet.
