Is Slingshot going down?
Even if this was true what would make you think that is a sign of a company going down!

And from this day forward can we just wait till a company is really gone till we say crap like this!

Come on other kiters work there and depend on there job to kite!

I heard that my farts smell like roses. Does this qualify me for a nobel peace prize?

What sort of stupid question is that? A retailer doesn't sign for a large order and thats the manufacturer going under? How exactly do you deduct this?

Retailer might refuse because there could be warranty issues to handle any manufacturing defects if they believe the manufacturer to be going out of business. The retailer would be on the hook to satisfy their customers because there is no manufacturer to send the kite back to get it fixed or provide a replacement etc. If I was a retailer I would want a heads up any manufacturers woes.

What a load of BS.

I can now say

"I've heard though the grapevine something about REAL refusing to sign for a huge delivery of Slingy stuff... Can anyone substantiate this?"

Is REAL in trouble? They can't/won't pay for ordered goods?

Please
