I'm 15 and I kite about 2 months a year (every windy day during those 2 months), which is really bad since I began kiting last year, but kitesurf remains my favorite sport/activity there is, it's my passion. I spend most of my freetime watching videos, reading forums, and looking at kites/boards.
How can I do to "survive" the many months I don't kitesurf? Any tips is appreciated

First, why can you only kite for two months?
I would use the off time to become better at kiteboarding and in perfect physical shape. Play with trainer kites (kite skating), landboarding if possible and work my ass off in the gym or at home with
www.KiteboardingExercises.com. That will keep you in the best physical shape and make you progress faster, when you do have the chance to go on the water

Keeping fit, cardio is always good but core strength training will work wonders for your kiting. It's not all about situps and planks (altho they do help) avoid fixed machines and use free weights, include lots of turning and twisting in your routine and don't do balanced exercises e.g don't do both sides at the same time, alternate between the 2 which will engage your core muscles as they keep your body straight
That and Mountain biking aswell.
And remember dont get too wound up if you are not able to kite for a while as a long period if no kiting makes that first session back in the water amazing, especially if you've been hitting the gym

Take up crocheting.
At 15, you'll need to keep your hands busy to avoid temptation

I assume he means he can't kite cause there's no wind? Contact the other kiters in your area and promise to help pay for gas and then do what the rest of us do: road trip. It's pretty common to drive up from LA to San Fran to get some wind. Baja is not too far either, take a few weeks off and plan a trip there. there is also an inland lake the LA kiters road trip to for wind, can't remember which one it is right now.
