Smallest kite is 4m Rally. I'm based south coast UK. As long as the wind stays mostly over 25 knots it's a good un on TT. We get quite a few days each year with big atlantic low pressure systems going over & thats when this kite comes out. Used it on days when the wind meter on bramble bank (behind me in the pic) has shown near 50 knot gusts with 30ish knot average. An easy kite like a rally is perfect when its nuking - if the conditions are challenging enough for a 4m you don't need the kite to make it harder!!
