Mystic 2 face Wave harness

Anyone use this specific harness for both wave riding with a surf but also with a TT for free riding? Does it works? I ask because the sliding hook only slide on one side at a time depending on which side you put the harness on and you can't lock it in the middle so I guess it should works anyway but would like to hear some feedback. Thanks

Hi,

I've been using the harness for some time now,
and find it superb!
The sliding system enables you when you go for a wave to actually extend your turn,
since you have a longer depower curve with the bar.

The side you use your harness depends on your favorite wave approach,
if you hit a wave both directions, then the sliding system only gives you a longer depower turn one way (logic)

When riding normal, the hook stays more or less in the middle
when you try to ride more upwind, the slider actually helps in this
since its now also more on your side instead of the middle.

Give it a shot, you for sure have to get used to it,
specially since your normally stopped in a wave cause of the center hook

Used the 2 face abt 3-4 times in small waves. You have to secure it quite hard otherwise it will slide up to your ribs. Not for me. Went back to my old Dakine renegade.

If you ride hard and do a lot of powered up tricks then the 2face is not for you. but for just a bit free riding it's very comfy and for the waves it's just perfect.
