I have been flying The Bandit 4-5-6 since the beginning and am thinking of changing kite just because. No idea which way to go or even if it's worth changing except to the B7. I am thinking of the Rebel because it seems super neutral with lots of depower ( or so they say ). I think the Vegas is almost the same as the rebel. I guess I'm looking for just a good all around kite that wont kill my arms and not a step backward from the Bandit. The B4 11m was pretty heavy on the bar pressure, but the 5 & 6 seems to have gotten al lot better. Any suggestions.....

uhh, here comes suggestions for every kite on the market.
My suggestion if you like the Bandit: try the Naish Park. Or the Ride for more of a sheet and go type feel.

Every company has some pretty good kites out so the choices are huge! Taut is right that you will be given many different suggestions (granted it appears that you are asking for exactly that) and it all comes down to what interests you! The rebels are nice kites with a good range and will have more useable power than the Vegas (still a very nice kite)! I am partial to Epic kites and highly recommend either the Judge or the Screamer! One is a more wake inspired hybrid C and the other is a big boosting free ride monster! Both have good depower and effortless relaunch.
Try to demo what you can and see how they compare to what you are use to....sometimes change is good but you may find that the B7 is what you may really want?

What I was trying to figure out was what each kites top trait was...I'm not sure what the Bandit excels in because that's the only kite I've ever flown. I think I have it as
Rebel- Neutral
Vegas- Like he Bandit
Edge - Big Boost

I would venture to say that the rebel would be much more similar to the bandit than the Vegas! The bandit is a free ride kite just like the rebel where the Vegas is a C. I use to ride Vegas kites and have limited experience on the rebel. I would think you would be happier with either the rebel or look into the dice.

B7 is an excellent kite, one of the best on the market.
rumor says that Fone are going to make two different kites for 2015.
I would wait 3-4 month to see what they have been working on.

did anybody really see this mythical "other" kite in the real world?
fone deliberately cornered itself in the narrow niche by manufacturing only one kite that suppose to do all and fit all. for me - waste of money. less and less seen on beaches near me
