wave riding.
Storm kiting.
Have I missed any?

Depends...
Megaloops and storm Kiting are easy if you have the control and the gear is reliable.
Wakestyle with every landing.
For a beginner storm kiting (launching and landing already very dangerous).
Waves is also easy, but the higher the waves the bigger the risk.

storm kiting after one hour ,when you loose concentration, get little tired and the mistake is "on the way"......could be 35 knots with a 5 meter
storm kiting and monster waves...no problem .....I watch others and talk a lot!!!!

personally - most scared i've been is in big waves (dropping your kite on the face of a big wave and still being attached to it is NOT fun)
next would be high wind kiteloops
then hitting obstacles (and getting it wrong)
wakestyle / freestyle covers a whole heap of stuff - so really depends on the trick
hooked in, dangly stuff - least scary

under 20 knots you are more likely to get injured slamming the door on your thumb. Above 45 knots you feel lucky to be alive. Megaloops or possibly speed racing have to be two of the most dangerous because you need strong winds to even try those disciplines. I think any aspect of kitesurfing can become dangerous if you do it in high enough winds. Check out the riders speed riding in luderitz or salt & speed. the amount of energy they are trying to control, such high wind and board speeds mean that many of the riders get taken down with injuries, broken wrists, arms, legs, ankles. even tho all they do is ride in a straight line in perfectly flat water

Foilboarding at full speed and hitting an underwater couch
(that's how a friend described the feeling of hitting a shark)
