I use a seat harness due to back issues but still can't mail riding toe side on twin tip... Would the dynabar help much?

Hell yes. I couldn't ride toe side very well, and it tweaked my back too. I couldn't ride upwind
at all... now I can. All that changed was the addition of the Dynabar.
I've had back-issues too. Usually, after a day like today, I'm stiff and not very good at bending or getting out of chairs etc. Tonight though, I feel fine and my back isn't stiff or sore at all.
Win.

What setup are you using...the sliding hook and return straps?

Yes, rope and elastic. Another session today, TT and Dialer... Fa-bu!
The rope has stretched some though - should I retie the knot?

I wouldn't worry about redoing the knot unless the stretching is putting the bar out of your reach at the end of its throw. Otherwise just keep enjoying the wonders of the Dynabar .....

If you're using the rope, watch out for wear on it where the loop passes through the plate. I went through three ropes in about a season. I lost confidence in the dynabar rope and have switched to much thicker rope. I've lost the safety on the dynabar, which is a great shame, but at least I don't worry about the rope breaking anymore.

A longer rope will slide differently than a shorter one. I played around with mine to get the correct length. It's worth redoing the knot for that.

For riding toeside, it helped me when i was taught to point your ass to the kite. That causes you to put a harder toe side edge

My greatest riding tool, makes it so much easier on long sessions on hips and knees. 100% recommended.
