So.... I will be in downtown Puerta Vallarta for the 10 days around New Year's. I Know there is no wind at PV proper. Is there any point in bringing my 21 and 15 m flysurfer speed 3s and 140 cm board to try to go kiting for a day or three at nearby Bucerias or Nuevo Vallarta. The wind stats on Windfinder look terrible for that time of the year. I understand the "windy season" is March to April and is thermal dependent. Any advice or opinions appreciated.

No advice since posting over a week ago. I guess that means I probably should leave my kites at home.
