Lightwind is great for learning new stuff, so forgiving. Just hard to keep a strapless board on your feet without grabbing it
I have had some of the most magic sessions in lightwind. 8knots cross-off glass waves, gives me a warm fuzzy feeling just thinking about it.
I love the Clouds. Wish more brands would give the concept a go. I had a go on the naish one and it's the first naish kite I have liked. The problem is as I see it most kiters have never used a ultra light weight kite before so they don't know how to use them. Even guys on foils have too much miss placed fear of dropping the kite to really push it and see what it can do.

I haven't found a better LW kite then the Spleene X-19. It's a freight train but not much depower or range. Mowing the lawn on a door @ 9mph in flat water and @ about 17 mph I'm overpowered on a 137 TT @ 175 lbs. Low end is about a knot better then the Flysurfer Speed 3 19m in our comparisons. I also have a SS Turbine and low end is not even close. But the Turbine is more fun in the sweet spot with much more range.
Here's a random video

Another vote for Ocean Rodeo Flite 14.5
I am 175 and only ride surfboards in waves.
We see lots of 3 foot days without a lot of wind.
So I care most about handling.
Bought it locally at retail, less a 20% discount.
This kite is the first big kite for me that is FUN.
It has pull at 10 mph. Re launches are good.
It drifts well and gives ample warning before falling.
And it is FUN to loop and turn. Handles as good as my 12m Rally.
Yes, it actually feels good to down loop while on the wave.
Put it on your short list. WW

Small sample size and im going to get some shit for this - but...
For true LW kites Ive been on Zephyr, Core XR3 17, Contra 17... All pretty good.
Zep had the best top end - Could hold it down in gusts to 20kt. Good inland LW kite. Not the best low end - struggled under 10 kt.
Contra 17 best low end - was riding in 8-10kts with a door. Good up until 15 knots. Then too much. 15m may of been better test as im 75 KG.
Core 17 good from 10-14kts. 15kt+ too much, under 10kt not the best but rideable. Again 15m may of been better fit.
But - my recent discovery of the 13m Ozone Edge V8 paired with 155 LiteWave Wing Carbon is pretty good in 10-13kts. Obv not a true "LW" kite but I love it so far, But for me, anything under 10kt and Im hopping on my MTB. I just could never really enjoy sub 10 with huge gear.

The Lotus is for sale. I have been thinking of keeping it for Learning to Foil since it's nice and slow and great de power.
