They prefer "Men in Grey Suits" or the "Grey Suit Mafia" for the real gangsta types.

Meaning don't try to put your feet in front of you to stop from getting pulled... if you can layout flat and go with the pull your crash will be much more tame and less chance of getting foot or knee injury

Billie not only are those powerlines on the other side of the road... they cross the road and go across the beach area... likely to power the bill board lights?

If anything goes wrong in your drift launch you'll have to eject your kite. If you can't swim/wade after it fast enough to catch it then it will end up on the road and could cause a serious accident which you will be liable for.

Just asking myself... why would you want to kite there at all? Is this the only launch within 300km? The only launch that works with certain winds on the whole coast? A sensational point break you could not find anywhere else?
