Thanks! Nice website with lots of info!
I am not planning on taking lessons though and have all my gear... just wondering if its easy to get to the kite spot without a car from the town or if I really need to find an accomodation right on the spot. How safe is driving in peru orherwise?
Thanks again

you can drive but car rental can be expensive if you are on a budget. On the hwy turno the lights or you will get pull over by the Hwy policy. It is easy to travel by bus and way cheaper. The crew from Kite Peru can advise what bus company is the best to take you to Paracas Cheer

if you stay in santa domingo (red box ) area you are a few feet from the launch area. You can walk to downtown or take a moto taxi for a few soles. (2 dollares) to eat or drinks at night

Just come to Paracas in the Cruz del Sur bus. While here, you can stay in Santo Domingo. The Villa Kite house is a amazing vacation rental with a kite beach and lap pool, for just about $130 night. You can also stay 3km away in town and walk to the kite spot, or use mototaxis. Be careful with the food, particularly with raw fish or vegetables including mayonaise. For any questions call Jorge, pioneer local, at 999652476.
