Hey guys,
Was looking at the new kite released by Naish and it looks very similar to our beloved Park. Anyone with any info on it?
Looks like it still has the octopus system, have they improved it?

I think so too. Might be the Park HD with some tweaks? If so then I'm all giddy.

Did you have any problems with the octopus system with your previous parks?

Same here I was hoping they were going to bring the Park HD back in the mid season but I expect Naish had already committed themselves to the Dash as a replacement for the Park back last season before knowing the feedback people loved about the HD but if the Dash is the same replacement just a few tweaks and an updated name that is great just waiting for feedback on it in comparison.

No not at all. I've never had issues with the octopus system. I guess except one kite that I had stored in a warm place for years. When the system failed it was over 6 years old and the canopy was really worn too. That said, what specifically is your concern? If you see people on this forum that have concerns..they don't really have experience with the system...I've seen statements like it is impossible to fix..when in all reality it is easy. Once you have done it once or twice, it doesn't really take much more time than other kites.
