Hello,
Finally I could get some photos and a video of the bar and the lines.
I might be wrong but my preliminary conclusions are:
- It is a North trust bar from 2015
- Seems to have a Quad configuration (4 lines) but the split rings need to be tied together?
FInd a video here:

And some pictures below:
Will appreciate all kinds of help since I am very new to kitesurf!
Thanks a lot!

That is a single line flagout setup, that ring on the red line needs to hook behind the loose ring on the grey line in a way that the red line goes through the ring and the thicker flagout line that goes through the bar/chickenloop always has some slack.
If you are still not sure what to do, go to a local repair shop or some experienced kiters. This should be no problem for them to figure out.

Ok, it makes sense now. I still have two questions though:
1) "and the thicker flagout line that goes through the bar/chickenloop always has some slack" - - > is it not the white thicker line the one that will be pulling the kite from the bar, instead of having some slack?
2) If there is only one line holding all the tension from the rings to the bar, why is there a second line?
Thanks!

White one holds the tension of both power lines, that is why it is thicker.
Red thick flagout line needs to have some slack, otherwise it will pull the power lines uneven.
You attach your leash to the red flagout line underneath your chickenloop so when you activate your quick release the kite flags out to a single powerline. This should kill most of the power in the kite while you are still connected.
Please test this out in moderate to light conditions to get used to this so you won't hesitate to use your quick release when you need it and to make sure everything is in working order.
Ps. Don't want to be rude, but if this still confuses you I strongly advise to go back to your school/teacher so he can demonstrate the basics.
I get the feeling you are still a beginner by your question about why there is a second line.

You might be surprised how many pro riders don't actually know how their quick releases work all they know is push the red thing away to activate, so don't assume some one is a noob if they don't know how it works.
Good advice above about the safety line requiring slack.

Thanks a lot, very clear now!
Indeed, I am a kitesurf beginner and this is why I am asking. They didn't explain me the specific details on how the lines are setup in any of the classes I have taken and it is not so easy to play with the bar/kite if you live in a city.
