NHP vs Monarch

Hey guys,
Has anyone ridden these two twin tips? I am on a 137x44 2013 Nobile NHP and am wanting something with better low end, less flex, and the same top end. I am 100kg so the flex of the nhp I feel is slowing me down, although is nice on the knees. So what do you think? Would the 142x42.5 Monarch fit the bill?

You think NHP flex is too soft? its like 7/10. Nobile has 2HD Pro board which is stiffer than NHP. Size 137x44 for your weight is way too small. You should probably ride like 144cm at least if you want to gain low end. I'm 90kg and have NHP split 2018 138 and non-split 2013 NHP 143x48 which saved me many sessions.
You should try NHP in larger size if you can and in addition their flex has been changed over the years. This year model have a massive rocker comparing to previous years. It's worth checking out.

PS if you want to change flex of your board you can select different insert for pads. Installing pads closer to centre makes ride softer, moving away makes it stiffer.

I think NHP has too much rocker for anything other than being fully lit for their recommended weight use chart. I did like mine powered, but with varying conditions often turning light or less than ideal, I had to bail on mine after a season. I found this very similar to several Shinn boards I've owned too. They are great at chop, are very comfy and pop well, but the low end was something to be desired.

I almost pulled the trigger on a '18 Monarch. Every review says it has next to zero rocker, is stiff as iron and from the way Kevin Langeree rides it has no top end limit. They also note having to size down on these though with the big tips/tails, zero flex, minimal rocker and very parallel outline shape......138x42.5 for your weight maybe?
