Do any form fitting dry suits exist? I want one that is practically spandex.

The most form fitting drysuits I've seen are the neoprene ones from Ion and Mystic. Gul has a semi-drysuit marketed towards kiting that's fairly formfitting.
Tip: Make sure the drysuit has a "pee" zipper. After 5+ years of using a drysuit with a kite harness, having a "pee" zipper is such a nice convenience. I can't imagine using one without.
