I would doubt it, be on a 12/13 I'd say. Not sure I'd chuck in the unhooked stuff on the second loop myself...leave that up to the pros and their supplied kites....
The rebel 18m is relatively quick though I'm finding, hence why I think Toby is on 32m lines now!! Takes a bit of Input to get moving, but once it starts to move...it moves! No probs down looping this kite but two....not sure I want to try that!

For me 12m is the size for heavier guy 14m will work. You start practice something like this slightly underpowered 15-18 knots and you will do one spin one loop. Next you go fully powered 17-22 knots but never overpowered to the point you pull depower. The reason is the kite for mellow loops has to be choked with the bar and you wan't get that effect with depower pulled. I don't do any loops overpowered and have no desire to megaloop. If you want to try my only advice is don't turn the kite until you start falling and good luck.
