I just got my new DC 3’6 and when trying to assemble my 2017 Fluente mast on it, the bolts that came with the board are too short, they don’t reach through the mast base holes, through the rack, and on to the T-nuts.
Has anyone had the same issue? How large are the bolts you are using, any advice?
Thank you
Bolts which come with the board are countersink and aren’t good for Moses mast. Get stainless M8x30 buttonhead or panhead bolts (Phillips/Allen)
And be careful they are not too long. They can push onto bottom of the track and either break the track or damage the track holding the sliding nuts. You should have washers under your bolts too.

A update. I took my new 633 to LB on my DC 3'6" . I tried mast in same position as 590. no go. Ended up moving it all the way back. Rode great.
Also took a few rides to dial ,but great ride. ended up getting strapless again and very confident turns.
only strange thing is the foil floats. The 590 would book downwind fast. The 633 stays upwind and on its side and barely moves...

With my Nobile Infinity split board, the 633 would also float on it's side. Made it a pain in the ass to get to sometimes.
How is everyone connecting their Ondas to their DC board? The buttonhead nuts that came with the Moses are M6. Can I get them in M8 or is there a way to convert the track tnuts to m6 with studs?

Get M8x30mm stainless bolts, button head or pan head - they work perfectly. Dwarfcraft comes with brass M8 T-nuts

Should I get some washers with that? I was thinking of switching the tnuts in the dwarfcraft to m6 but you way sounds easier. I just really like the buttonhead nuts that come with the moses.

You can of course use 4 standard Moses 6mm button head nuts as T nuts, just turn them upside down and slide them in the track, This it exactly what I did, I did have to just file 2 sides of the button head nut down a little, but easy to do if you need to, I actually just held mine against the flat grinding faces of my bench grinder,
This mod does not ruin the button head nuts, they can still be used for securing the mast if needed.
