Hi,
I've learnt to foil on a Slingshot hover glide ok. I can foil for long periods, haven't nailed the transitions yet.
I purchased some older lift carbon foils but for some reason I just cannot get them to....lift! I'm using the same SS Dwarfcraft board. What happens is it keeps sinking and travelling low. Never actually goes up and stays there. I'm well powered.
What am I doing wrong? Foil is all the way back the track, should it be further forward?
For a second I was wondering whether I've mounted the wings with all wing tips angling down as most foils have angling up at the back and angling down at the front but it does not seem possible.
Cheers

Stab winglets up, main down.
Holes in the wings should be chamfered...so you cant install any other way...
You have the triangular or the hexagon fuse?

Fix those and report back. Shouldn't need to have that foil slammed back against the rear of the box.

Definitely easy to get rear wing wrong on ss foil. ...fuselage fits either way. With infinity wing I couldn't get it to fly reversed. ....not enough lift (or maybe too much lift that it's choking. hope that's it, easy fix

And if this isnt it, meaning the stabilizer is mounted correct, then move the mast all the way forward in the tracks - that will get it to lift up much easier now

It's not a SS foil... it's a Lift 2016.
The assembly is correct, it doesn't fit with the stabiliser the other way.
So I will report back on moving the track forward. I did try to place my feet further back than normal...

I had the opposite problem when I tried going from Slingshot Hoverglide to several of Grigory's Lift and Moses carbon foils, they flew up and tossed me off the board!

So I moved the track 2/3rds forward and same issue... Cannot get it up.
The transition from the aluminium HG to carbon Lift is proving itself challenging!
So I'm back to more practice on the HG for now...
I also find it hard to sink carbon foils!

Have you tried moving the mast forward?
That will help and you might also need to add some thin plastic ship under the back screw of the back wing.
This will help create lift for the front foot.
Hope this helps.
