Just to clarify I didn't say the NP is better than Moses I just said I like the NP glide surf better than the 633 especially in waves it's a different feel and performs great not to mention an excellent value at half the price of Onda set and inexpensive mast and wing options.

I still have a lot moses gear and enjoy the 683 and the 637 and if you want to go faster or jump both are great wing sets
would you say the 683 would be a better high wind gusty wind option over the 633, and better than the Moses super fast wings which outrun the waves and can get too fast at times for these challenging conditions as below.
Yesterday the wind was mental, 12-14 knts to 28+knts gusts, 633 wing, direct onshore wind, close set waves, rocky bottom so instant fast lift was a must to clear the rock base in one kite dive without a second chance, my 6 mtr simply would not power me out through the shore break waves so I had to return to shore to change up to my 8mtr which worked to get me clear of the mush, but then I was in for a ride from hell, I have never been thrown through the air so much since I first started, the combination of the 633 wing, sizeable wave peaks everywhere and very powerful instant angry gusts made it impossible to enjoy the experience, and after too many hard and scary wipe outs I gave in and wimped ashore, angry and frustrated at myself for not being able to control my gear,
I felt a bit better when all the windsurfers came ashore complaining and the twin tip guys who were not happy either.
would the 683 offer more control in these conditions but with the same sort of feel as the 633?

For big conditions with fast waves, I think these wings have too much lift. I don't think they were designed to kite foil in fast waves.

They were designed for SUP right?
Anyway, no magic wing or kite can make 12-30 plus waves easy, that’s a challenge for anything!

you are right of course.
but others who have gone through this may have found a way to get something from the conditions.
but I have had a good nights sleep and time to think it through, got up this morning with strained neck muscles from the wipeouts and pulled shoulder muscles from the battle with trying to get out through the shore break, today's forecast is for the same conditions with even bigger gusts and even higher seas.
so my solution is to not go to the beach, because if I go I will end up giving it a go, and end up breaking something :nono:
