I've been using it for more than 1½ year on my most used board.
Like it a lot, it weighs close to nothing and dont soak water, you can see your deck (or airbrush if you got one) fully clear and it does not get dirty either.
It is NOT as grippy as a typical soft pad though, nope - but sufficient grip.
My concern were if it got worn too fast, so I got a set of extra hexagons to replace worn ones, easy.
Particularly the front foot position could be worn fast just like on surfboards where the wax gets worn in just one session sometimes
But havent replaced not even one yet
With shoes the grip is a lot better, barefooted a tad less as said, but found it to be just fine for foiling.
Clear and clean and doesnt interfere "destructive" with your board surface, and low weight
Can hardly be seen (board on the left)
When finding the very right angle in the light, one can see the Hexa Traction
Can recommend these, unless you seek something super grippy and shock absorbing of course.
Regarding long term durability, I can not say for sure eventhough mine has lasted till now, but different riders might wear/load very differently.
