yesterday I had some trouble after releasing my Diablo V1. Releasing worked as expected, but when trying to reasamble, the flagline/safetyline wouldn't fit through the hole at the QR/Chickenloop.
Only with very very brute force I managed to pull it back trough the hole. Luckily I wasn't in the water and the kite was safe, I think it's impossible to do that in the water.
For clarification I took measurements and two pictures. The knot that needs to pass trough the hole at the QR/Chickenloop measures 10mm, but to hole is only 5-6mm (little green arrow).
Has anyone else had trouble with this and is there a solution?
Using a thinner line is problematic, because than it might slip through the red ball.
That knot is not as it should be. Loosen it off and pull it tight again so it's more streamlined as it should be. Basically two larks heads together should be slim. Power lines are connected the same way but do not create this twisted girth at the join.

Design flaw from F-One, the hole is too small to fit that loop-loop connection through in all cases. You wonder if big companies test their products at all
If it only fits when the knot is pulled tight to it's smalles size the knot can jam in some cases (also when activating the safety). It should fit the biggest possible width the knot can be, sadly a solution other than a different chicken loop is difficult. You can mak a single flagout line that connects 7m up one of the powerlines so there is no knot to move through the chickenloop but that introduces more drag of an extra flagout line.

@socommk23 I tried to pull the knot tight as streamlined as possible to fit it through the hole. But after the session it looked like in the picture, because it gets pushed against the red ball.
@K-Roy When I look at your picture of the knot against the hole it doesn't look like it fits easily through it.
And it looks like you have a newer version of the bar. Mine looks like that:
But I quess your hole has the same diameter as mine (5-6mm)
