Guys, what do you think about this kind of ice kiting?
I got the honor to test out the Ice Board Blade. It is the product of Trawe, a Hungarian fellow kitesurfer. It is actually 4 piece of iceblades that you can install to any kind of board. It will be placed instead of the wheels. For a kitesurfer the best set up is with a landboard, so you can have the same feeling as landboarding, but on any ice surface.
Here's one I've got (and currently selling). Mine looks to be longer, maybe a little more stable but not quite as nimble perhaps? It's intense but I dig it. It's great for early season sessions when lakes are frozen but things aren't quite solidified with snow yet for kiting. I use a windsurfing rig on it but I can't help but think a trainer kite would be awesome too. You can absolutely haul ass rocket upwind. I think anyone that loves wind driven activities would enjoy it. Thanks for sharing that!
