ozone v8 17 mts vs. zephyr 17 mts

HI,
Im buying and ordering a new 17 mts kite I live in miami I need help choosing in between the new edge v8 17mts or the zephyr 17 mts. I want to kite when theres low wind. every review I have read talks so much better of the zephyr compared to the edge in the 17 mts. if you could help me. which kite responds faster? haven't try the zephyr. im an all round kiter

I live in Miami and I recommend you buy the biggest size 19m or 18m as the wind is very weak here. Edge's are awesome don't know about Zephyr.

Go for the Edge. I loved my 2014 17m Used it in very marginal winds falling out of sky at times. 19m will cover you till about 20-22 knots if under 100kgs. 17m will turn faster and will cover you from low end 11 knots to low 20s easily then can switch to a 13 or 12m
It rips upwind and this is what's hardest to do when it's light out. Plus gives ya a bit of boost on the sub 14 knots. Chrono is even better all around but can be a handful if you haven't used a foil before so would recommend the V8 edge. Very simple and high performance kite.

Another vote for the edge.

Light wind is about upwind performance. Edge is better upwind that Zep.
But Zep will have better relaunch.

That said I wouldn't buy either. My light wind kite is a 12m chrono. I can stay upwind around 9 knots on my light wind door.
