Scanning the list I see multiple locations where you need at least a shortleg or 3/2 suit depending on the conditions and how cold blooded you are ;)

Nothing that has crowds can be paradise!

I'll take my windy, bleak, crowdless, wetsuit-wearing spot any day over those heinous jam-packed tourist kiting locations.
