follow the link and you will find a tab for the windspeeds in Beaufort, mph, km/h and a description, how you can SEE how much wind there is:

...enjoy Toby,
I am a person sending out weather forecast SMSes every day to our wsurfers...and using
http://www.wetteronline.de as a most credible web sight (tested and compared for 2years). Germans as usually are most precise, thats it!
btw, what sources are You using for this purpose?

Cool. "Wettter". I thought it was something about getting wet... It's good to be exposed to how other's present similar things.
We have iwind.com and accuweather.com ...even the government sea bouys to check for swell size and wind direction, etc. The US Navy has some sites you can tap for different oceans. All sorts of things nobody knew about 10 years ago.
Toby - we can't figure out what you guys are doing with celcuis (Hell, can't even spell it!) ...some trick like: X2+30 = real temperature!?
Do you have the bogus 'wind chill' in Europe? A naked person standing outside would feel like: X. What a crock.
They don't say if this naked person just left a sauna or crawled out of the Bering Sea. ...such crap just to make the TV weather more impressive.

Don't ask me, how they convert Celsius and Fahrenheit. but the converter from ERX is great to be able to get the right temp.
What I just know is that when the Fahrenheit guys are out in 90 degrees, this would be in Europe perfect for the sauna!
We use
http://www.wetteronline.de and
http://www.windfinder.com
Windfinder is really good, and you can send yourself SMS with the average windspeed from your local spot of the past our to your celuar. Good forecast, IMO better than wetteronline. Also good for swell forecast.
Have a look at it, you will like it.
Nice Sunday!
Toby
