G'day Al kite
Have you guys heard about the first isaf event to incude kiting down in Melbourne Australia in december ?
Do u know if any of the top guys are planning on coming down?

since Kitesurfing is Olympic, course race world cups have to be under ISAF with all other sailing classes.

Should be interesting to be on the first event like that to see what is going on. I hope all top kiters can go!

Sounds like they are planning to go. One of them was not sure and said "Is it going to be yacht club racing with no prize money? Cause if it is I will just follow the tour with money."

Not sure about prize money, does anybody else know if ISAF usually have good prize money at their world cup events?

Are the top guys running standard Line lengths or are they going longer for lighter winds?

We don't race in light wind :)
So the local here all run standard lengths but I do think the pro guys do have bars will longer lines but don't know if they really use them.
