check out exuma kitesurfing in exuma, bahamas.

i have windsurfed and kited most of the bahamas and decided to base my operation in exuma bahamas.
exuma has the most variety of launches and best beach in the bahamas ... the feature here is flat water, although i've had many good wave days too. our winds are frontal winds and we also get a boost from the trades, so exuma is the windiest spot in the bahamas due to it's location. in the seven seasons exuma kitesurfing has been in operation, it's been my experience that november has the most windy days and strongest winds, although statistically it says otherwise.
the windy season here is november through april ... it usually starts ramping up mid-october.
the scene in exuma is all about being on the water ... kinda like out in the country in an island setting. so if you're looking for swinging night life, this may not be your cup of tea - a busy day for us is about ten kites on the water.
never been to aruba, i hear it's windy, but it blows off-shore ...

paradise island is essentially nassau, bahamas ... exuma, bahamas is a 35 minute plane ride from nassau.

Aruba in november is the dead season. But always perfect for casinos and gringos and spending money...

I am in Adicora about 75 miles southward in Venezuela for more than a year it is the same wind so forget it in november...
