What is your best tip for march?
I am flying from Scandinavia.
Ideally rather warm, decent wind expectation and not too sharky!

Do not let its reputation scare you, Cape Town is the place to be! Yes there are sharks, but not many in Kite Beach / Tableview. Wind is good, air is warm, the water can be a little cool but comfortable with a wetsuit, and except for the airfare the expenses are low.

Caribbean is nice in March.
I found Cabarete, Dom. Rep. to be excellent in March.
Also the other places in the Caribbean...have a look at Union Island, where Jeremie Tronet has a station.
Puerto Rico and Columbia are also nice.

Thanks for all the replies.
Would Cape Town not be better in february in regard to wind?
Also seems like kiting there is in rather big waves rather than flatter water?
Definitely somewhere I would like to go in the closer future.
When going to Cape Town, would I typically be advised to rent a car? Would I typically stay in one of the beach towns outside the city?
What is the crime level?
I am absolutely unknowing about ZA! I saw the Langeree Vlogs from there as a small impression.
Would I typically drive to CT itself by car for sightseeing?
The caribbean destinations sound good too!
Thanks!

Caribbean is nice in March.
I found Cabarete, Dom. Rep. to be excellent in March.
I read that winter means swell, so less flat waters compared to the summer months, as well as weaker winds.
Cabarete would thus mean flying a 12 or 15 m kite?
Are there good flight options from Hamburg, Toby?
I'm in Denmark so I could fly from there.
Any great flight options to Puerto Rico or Cuba from the region?

Via Frankfurt or Duesseldorf
But that was Air Berlin...guess they stopped it now to Puerto Plata...
Maybe Condor.
I fly always 18...no idea what you would need

Which beach would you recommend in Cabarete? Kite Beach or Bozo? Should only be a 10 min walk between them? Any safety issues?

Kitebeach has flater water. Bozo nice kicker wave.
If KB you need transportation to village. If Bozo then you can walk all.
