so I started building divinycell pocket foil boards, got that down... made my first surfboard recently, used one layer of 4oz innegra and one of 4 oz s glass board has been holding up great, really taking a beating, however heel dents are become worse and worse and I suspect it will break soon, what...

14 - 17 knots seems a bit high for the 5m with a big surf wing? I was thinking 12 - 17 was what we were aiming for? You can ride in 12 knots when average weight, but IMO not the sweetspot for a 1200 surf wing (when no waves) If waves, of course above sweetspot is lower, no doubt :thumb: But in gene...

hey that's my encore my wife has the old one, I can compare the old one to new one... the new one is stiffer and feels more like a surfboard, less forgiving on the landings cause of the stiffness, the low end is also better on the new one old one feels more forgiving and flexes more in the chop, hen...

I put in rocker with a carbon patch on top with weights and vacuum

Put it 6.5 inches, springs back to 4 inches

This is 1 inch thick divinycell , no need to kerf

On another note, buy any bar , buy a duo tone front line distributor and make your own duo tone bar

I think your over estimating every 5 years, I would guess it’s a season or two

My lines only lasted 11 months with a lot of use

Slingshot lines for life...

I would Dremel out a gouge, get epoxy putty such as waterweld and put it on, sand and ride...or throw a patch of fiberglass or carbon on it after then sand and ride...
