I'm courious to see it with fins and pads and straps and what the finished weight will be.
It doesn't look like you have any inserts installed up to this point. Are you making these available for sale, if so how much.
Me too!......All the structure is there for the inserts, shortly you'll see. Yes, they will be available on a custom order basis, just email me at johnbella@gorge.net to get more info.

Tungsten & BWD you guys are woodworking nuts too :thumb: nice work that I've seen.
mmm, salty potato chip.
mmm pringel chips...

First hot top coat....
John
John,

Pardon my ignorance, but what material is the hot top coat? How many coats do you put on the board? What kind of inserts do you use (SS, brass or titanium)?

What is the ready to ride weight?

Ed

John,
Great work! Very inspiring...

I was looking on your other boards and I've got a dumb question regarding the quad setup... What's the reason why the fins are at an angle to the center line? Is there any rules in surf-board building regarding that matter? Sorry, i'm just getting into board-building...

Sweat looking board, I'll have to try strip constuction on the next board I build instread of a wood/epoxy sandwitch. Problem is my boards I've built just d'ont break.

Nice craftmanship. Very pretty.
What does she weigh bare?

It is interesting now with all the plastic laser printed pbt shite out there how good wood looks! As much as I like it myself wood is a fad too. The main stream production companies are all over it.

To make boards as you do can you actually make a profit? For a small operation and custom business charging a good $ then maybe.

Stan
